Historically, staff turnover has been an ongoing challenge with traditional CROs and staffing companies have attempted to provide pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies with customized workforces. Though we cannot guarantee turnover will not occur on our teams, our metric of 98% staff retention per project indicates our business model works and that turnover is rare.
